Orders over $3,000 ship free to the continental US. For smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Most orders ship within 5–7 business days. Custom glass orders may take 7–10 business days depending on fabrication requirements.
We ship via freight carrier for glass panels and standard courier for hardware. All shipments are fully insured. A signature is required for glass panel deliveries.
Inspect your delivery upon arrival. If you notice any damage to the packaging, note it on the delivery receipt before signing. Contact us immediately if anything is wrong.
Standard glass panels and hardware can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Custom-fabricated glass (custom sizes, angles, cutouts) is non-returnable unless defective.
All tempered glass panels are warrantied against manufacturing defects for 5 years from delivery. Hardware carries a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Panels and mounting hardware are rated for 50 psf uniform load and 200 lb concentrated load at top rail — meeting IBC 1607.8.3 guardrail requirements. Custom engineering for wind zones available on request.
